Welcome!

As you begin your healing experience, I invite you to really read over and take in these guidelines.

This is important work you’re doing, sacred work, and the energy with which you approach it matters.

Let’s begin by intentionally tuning into these guidelines to help ensure a deeply profound and healing experience for you.

Please affirm these guidelines with “I agree” out loud after reading each point, and really feel the resonance in your body as you do so :)

• We will meet our emotions with loving presence.

• Whatever comes up is what is supposed to be seen and felt, and it is to be received with love.

• This means we are not shaming or judging or critiquing anything, any emotion, any movement, any sound, any expression, any part of ourselves.. we are fully accepting ALL of our expression as completely authentic in each moment.

• We are not transforming to “fix ourselves,’ but transforming in service to what we really want to experience and feel in this lifetime.

• We are in deep collaboration, there is no hierarchy.

• We both know and innerstand that we are both humans who don’t know everything and who aren’t perfect.

• This is a curiosity-based self-discovery experience.

• We will always choose what is in highest alignment with our unique individual Truth, and take responsibility for those choices.

• These are tools we can call on over and over again for the rest of our lives, to continue to transform and realize our highest abilities.

• We will resource ourselves in love and safety during this process and in life in general.

• The space we are co-creating together now, energetically through time and space, is sacred and deeply intentional, and will allow for ultimate transformation and integration.

• We will support ourselves and each other to go to the areas of tension and shadow within ourselves on all levels, held in this sacred container of unconditional loving acceptance, which will then create the awareness and freedom to move onto the path toward our desires.

• This experience will challenge us in ways we don’t know of yet, and as we lean into these feelings together, and use these potent methods to alchemize them into growth and confidence, we will pave the way to choose the path toward our wildest desires and dreams.

• This is how we will become the most powerful, courageous, aligned versions of ourselves possible. We will never forget the courage we tapped into in order to get ourselves there.
