We will navigate your inner landscape with loving compassion and acceptance.

Your profound transformation is catalyzed by powerful somatic healing tools delivered in a trauma-informed, sacred, and intentional way.

The modern neuroscience-based somatic modalities I use are complimented by a deep honoring and embodiment of traditional and ritual-based spiritual initiations through the spiral healing of the deep, ancient, primal wounds we carry in this modern world.

Love, safety, belonging, security… somehow we’ve gotten to an incredibly privileged place collectively, and yet we are still figuring out how to curate the most basic foundational human necessities for ourselves.

This work is grounded in deep honoring of the body, and the wisdom carried there. Our time initially will be spent learning the language of YOUR unique body, so we can walk your path of healing in integrity and alignment with your nervous system, heart, womb, and roots.

Once we have created safety, we will flow into remembrance of and containing your e x p a n s i o n.

Our spiritual-somatic sessions together each last 2 hours, and take place via Google Meet online — or in-person in Nosara, Costa Rica.

You’re welcome to choose a package below that suits you and your healing goals.

If you are working through deep trauma, I would suggest booking a package of at least 6 months so we can curate the spaciousness needed for this sort of profound healing, plus the integration needed for sustainable lifelong change.

If you are looking for general sustaining of the work you’ve already done, or a quick-and-quantum breakthrough in one specific sticky area, feel free to book by the month or quarter, and we can re-evaluate as we go.

I am deeply connected to Source through the portal of my body. But it took me many many hours of therapy, trainings, healing, and activations to get here.

I viscerally remember what it felt like to wander around aimlessly in life.. to feel so fed up and overwhelmed with it all.. so past my capacity to navigate this one life on my own.

I wondered what the point of it all was. I even had a couple dark bouts of contemplating suicide.

Everything changed for me when I finally found teachers and mentors who I could confidently ask for help.

And who I could sense could really truly see me, and who knew exactly what I was going through, and had helped others like me to the other side of overwhelm, depression, anxiety, and spiritual confusion.

My path is unique to me, but something that is universal is that we are ALL powerful souls walking around with varying levels of shame, pain, and trauma, keeping us from the expansion we could live…

And all it takes is a little structure and vision (the right kind for YOU), to shift out of that funky stickiness and into authentic alignment with sovereignty, power, Truth, beauty, and love.

This healing process — this LIFE — is about remembering how to be sacred again.

How to expand into our own magnetism, clarity, and empowerment.

And also how to build the structure within, to anchor all that power and truth into these human bodies.

No one taught us how to hold our own power, how to heal our oldest wounds!

And now we all get to walk each other Home :)

It’s my highest honor to be steeped in this work and these processes every. single. day.
