A Soulful Journey
My own personal spiritual journey began as a child when I stopped going to church and started seeking answers that felt more resonant. In the moment, life felt really challenging as a sensitive child. And in hindsight, I can see that while my experience in life felt like survival most of the time (in spite of my family doing the best they could at the time), there were many little gifts from my higher self and God/Goddess along the way that helped me along. And all of the armoring I constructed for myself in my youth has turned out to be the clearest signposts, pointing me to my true power as an adult human woman
Since then I’ve had many maxi and mini spiritual journeys and epiphanies (including three near death experiences!), but really began diving deep into my personal and spiritual evolution about 10 years ago in preparation for my daughter’s conception and pregnancy.
The experience of Covid and lockdowns sent me about 100 layers deeper as well, and that is when I began what I call my most recent period of deep soul-level healing, of ancestral and generational trauma, negative programs, and nervous system reprogramming.
My journey into the realms of soul work and emotional healing has been one of profound self-discovery. It's a journey that has led me from the sacred space of homebirth midwifery, where I witnessed the miraculous process of new souls coming into this 3D reality in a sacred way; to the inner sanctum of the human soul, where I now assist in the rebirth of one's truest self and alignment with your soul’s highest timeline.
Why I Pivoted
After what felt like too short of an experience (6 years) of supporting women through their childbearing journeys, I received unmistakable signs from the universe that my path was taking a new direction. After a one week old baby passed, another client’s baby was stillborn, and another client experienced a miscarriage all within a month of each other, I stepped away from midwifery with a lot of questions.
Through some deep ceremony work, as well as many many hours of personal counseling with my guides and teachers, I realized I was supposed to be a midwife for that short period of time, but at that point I needed to realize my gifts were meant to deepen and expand in order to eventually be able help others in a different sort of container.
It was a call to embrace another version of deep soul midwifery — to help those who have goals and dreams and desires but who can’t direct their life towards them because of past wounds, limiting beliefs, and false programs.
During the transition from my fulfilling career in midwifery to my current journey as a soulful spiritual guide, I embarked on a profound exploration of new skills and transformative methodologies (the most impactful of which has been somatic embodiment), all designed to empower individuals on their unique paths of personal growth.
The Power of Transformation
My own transformative journey has been marked by the exploration of spiritual wisdom, emotional intelligence, and a wide array of healing modalities. I've delved into the chakra system, tantra, archetypes, inner child work, parts work, Internal Family Systems, breathwork, holographic healing, shamanic energy work, and much more. (My appetite for learning the most profound ways to uncover Truth and Essence has been insatiable from a young age). These tools have not only reshaped my life but have empowered me to hold you in a deep and tender way as you embark on your own transformational journey.
I’d like to acknowledge my lineage by naming my helpers, guides, and teachers: Whapio, James Pask, Liana Shanti, Amber RainMa, Donna Maria Camps, Anahata Ananda, Maryn Green & Margo Blackstone, the Fit For Service organization, my Shipibo ayahuasca maestros and very special facilitators Francesca Barone/Neils Poole/Kitty Normand/Zaia, Eve Crowe, and Layla Martin. (Also my higher self and spirit guide team + all the beautiful minds who have created educational books I’ve absorbed over the years!)
