I am a trauma-informed spiritual somatic embodiment guide, trained to help individuals and couples work through the roadblocks that present themselves as keys to their deepest healing and authentic expression.

Breathwork
Breathwork is the intentional use of breath for going into embodied and expanded states of awareness used for healing, pleasure, integration, and deeper self-understanding. Through these altered states, we connect with our true identity and cosmic status.

Somatic embodiment
Somatic embodiment resolves symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in the body, including in the nervous system, that keep us stuck in old patterns that no longer serve our highest timeline. Through completing the stress cycle, we shift the blockages and rewrite our reality.

Quantum healing
Through meditative states, quantum healing goes back to the original imprint of trauma in this lifetime or others, and does the work to resolve the experience at that point in space/time, which then ripples into present time to shift thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns into alignment with desires.
