Single Womb Healing Session
Womb-centered somatic, energetic, and ceremonial healing. This work focuses on the pelvic and womb space as a center of holding, sensation, and power.
Sessions may include pelvic floor release, de-armoring, acupressure, energy work, and guided awareness, always held with attunement and choice. This work supports reclamation, softness, vitality, libido, alignment, and a renewed sense of safety and embodiment.

Hi :) I‘m a mother, former midwife, womb healer, somatic practitioner, and sex/love/relationship coach.
I’m devoted to that powerful place where the body, sexuality, pleasure, and feminine wisdom meet. And for years I’ve worked with women at the thresholds of profound transformation.
My work weaves womb healing, somatic therapy, trauma informed dearmoring, breathwork, sexuality + pleasure practices, and Tantric + Taoist wisdom.
And my goal is to create space for you to slow down, learn to listen to your body again, and develop a new and exciting relationship with yourself in this season of your life!
Sessions are offered in person in Nosara or online.
