Thank you for making it here, to this little corner of the internet!

I feel it’s extra special that we are connected in this way because, in my perspective, anyone who has been here on this earth has been through a lot. Full stop.

My vision and goal with anything I do in this world and especially online is to be in communion with other souls who chose this life…. To celebrate other souls and what we’ve all signed up for and what we’ve all weathered.

To tune into each other’s celebrations, challenges, into the future, into this present Now moment more deeply, and the unique things we’re all hanging on to that light us up, too.

In my perspective, we’re all connected through our energy bodies, through our souls, and apparently through the digital energetic realms too, if we’re hanging out online in this way.

Our souls are all connected. Period! If you’re seeing this, you and I are connected on a much deeper level than just merely the fact that you’re reading this email “by chance.”

So, this connection you and I have, plus the community of others who are “together” here with us, is a celebration for me :)

Hi, soul friend! We’ve found each other! (AGAIN!) 

What a TRIP! Out of ALL the possibilities, you and I get to be here, together :) 

To me, it’s a joyous celebration that we get the opportunity to connect with each other in this way, and explore what it means to be a soul in a body with a human experience, all the different facets of that.

So, thank you for being here :) 

I want to include a quote below, from Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes. 

“We do not become healers. We came as healers. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not become storytellers. We came as carriers of the stories we and our ancestors actually lived. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not become artists. We came as artists. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not become writers.. dancers.. musicians.. helpers.. peacemakers. We came as such. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not learn to love in this sense. We came as Love. We are Love. Some of us are still catching up to who we truly are.”

(Many of you probably know CPE ^ by name, but if you don't, please check out all of her books. She narrates her audiobooks, too, so if you're a busy mom like me, and you want to receive some wise woman medicine in a way that feels reminiscent of mama reading you a bedtime story, please do check those audiobooks out as well :)) 

I love this quote because it reminds us all that life isn't necessarily about healing to become who we need to be, or changing and growing in order to realize our capital P Purpose… 

Life, in my estimation, is about re-MEMBERING who we already ARE. 

Along the way to truly remembering, there are usually a few heroine's journeys, some dark nights of the soul, maybe some rites of passage.. all of these journeys conspiring to help us with this remembering by either gently or gracelessly ripping us from the “mythical selves” we've spent a lifetime (or more) creating over the top of our True Essence. 

What MY soul seems to have signed up for in this lifetime, is extremes… Some of the absolute highest highs and the crazy low lows… 

Near death experiences that led me to dance with ecstasy in everyday life… 

Rape and suicidal ideation that led me to such a connection with the BEAUTY of LIFE that I can now act as somewhat of a lighthouse for others who may be contemplating whether life is actually truly worth living or not. 

I've walked this spiralic journey of life-death-rebirth cycles over and over again in my life, in a way that has allowed me to know on a cellular level who I really AM in this human body having this human experience. 

Yes, I am a human who forgets still sometimes, and I'm far from perfect, but I also can re-connect to that part of myself, my True Essence, the Divine within me, so much more easily now than ever, and I can embody that frequency in order to soak all of my Self in the balm of cosmic consciousness… and offer some of that to those beautiful souls that I work closely with, as well, helping them tap into their own re-membering and embodiment of their own True Essence. 

This is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Embodying your own Christ Consciousness / Divine Consciousness / Truth / True Essence / Soul / Blueprint / Channel .. is the way to heaven on earth, to heaven in your beautiful body. 

So.. I just want to remind you, as we're on this topic, that I am hosting / guiding a workshop on this very topic ONE WEEK FROM TODAY! 

I call this The Energy Body Salon, and the format is basically a deeper chat on this very topic, and how, by connecting to our body, we can activate our own energy body, and deepen our embodiment of our own Truth. 

From there, we can heal ourselves because we remember the healing that we ARE.

We will “catch up” to the Love we TRULY are, as CPE suggests above… as individuals and spurred on by the collective energy of the entire group of us who will be gathered together. 

This is going to be a profound communal practice in embodiment, activation, and healing. I hope to see you there if you're feeling seriously interested!
