Do you know what you’re really made of?
A lot of my life was spent working on the exterior of my Self.
Aligning my external reality with my human desires, aligning my wardrobe with my aesthetic so I could feel more at home in my presentation to the world, aligning my mind with the affirmations that I would read in books or hear on podcasts so I could ascend and evolve in the ways my ego thought I should.
I think I was really missing the point here for a while, because, ultimately I was disconnected from my BODY and my Essence.
What I found through my own healing experiences was that the more I dive deeply into my SOMA, my body's experience of life, the more my energy body responds by authentically reflecting my Truth. And the more connected I am to my body, the more connected I am to my Truth, my Essence, the core of who I truly am.
The closer I can get to feeling on a cellular level, the Truth of Who I AM, the more easily my mindset shifts, the more easily my body shifts, the more easily my external reality shifts..
I don't actually even have to try, all of these aspects just align to more accurately reflect my Truth because there are less layers between me and Truth. Not because I'm trying to release layers.. but because they just naturally become less powerful in the face of ultimate Truth.

Only YOU can answer that question, but I have some ideas based on what I know of who and what I truly am :)
First, let's just acknowledge the fact that you are ALIVE..
The part of you that CHOSE to be ALIVE in this moment, on this planet, during this crazy time.. is the part of you that we are trying to get closer to.
Take a moment to think about how life force (Universe, Source, Love, Oneness, God/Goddess) is flowing THROUGH you, AS you… Giving you the ability to breathe, the ability to wake up each morning after the little death/little awakening of sleep, pulling on the strings of your heart, guiding you through your intuition, synchronicities, fate, and inner knowing.
THIS, this MAGIC, is the root of the Essence of YOU.
If you take another moment to really think about this.. the highest frequency of all, is YOU.
YOU ARE universal intelligence embodied, so this frequency can experience life THROUGH you, AS you… every single moment of life is desired to be lived by YOU, every single aspect of you is desired, exactly as you are, by the highest frequency in the universe and beyond.
As you align yourself with this Truth, and with the Truth of Who You Are, anything is possible.
We heal, we experience bliss, we experience the overwhelming beauty of this one crazy and precious life, when we are this aspect of Self.
What keeps us from these experiences of health, beauty, bliss, ecstasy?
Usually, our mind. Perhaps our egos, but I also don't want to demonize the ego, either.
But the way our minds have been programmed to hang on to past experiences, fear, and the need to belong to a collective, the way our ego clings to its need to take up space, to exist as you, sometimes confuses us or leaves less space for Truth to exist as you.
We exist from these places of contraction, shame, guilt, fear, stress… And it's honestly SO hard to get out of these vibrations!!
Some people spend their whole lives trying to heal in order to be able to release all of the layers that life has accumulated between their mind and their True Essence.
And… let me tell you something…
Constantly trying to “purify” or “alchemize” your humanness in order to be fully expressed can be just as frustrating as being forced to push a boulder up a hill every day for eternity.
If, however, you sort of bypass this whole ingrained program of needing to purify the body/Self to be holy enough to connect with God/Source/Universe/Love… and you just dive straight to the core of yourself, keeping all the layers in place, you might find that everything that is distortion or False just sort of falls away.
It's through aligning with the frequency of Truth, which is who you really are at your core, that anything is possible.
You don't even need your human desires or programs anymore, you channel a different sort of frequency of desires that continuously guide you back home to your Self and your highest expression of that Truth.
