The challenge of navigating the world while trying to remain rooted in your power is real.
I still often find myself in periods of feeling internally like I’m lost in a storm, completely disconnected and seeking.
Feeling drained because we’ve been forging ahead in a culture that just *doesn’t* celebrate or reward spaces or relationships where women can really fully express and unleash our power, and then be held in that.
If you’ve ever wondered why it feels so hard to fully step into your power, this is part of the why.
And if you’ve been blaming yourself or just feeling completely overwhelmed without a sense of knowing how to take a first step, I invite you to pause, place your hand on your heart.
The fact that you’re still holding onto this awareness and your desire for something MORE for yourself, despite the resistance, the not-knowing, and the overwhelm, is evidence of your unwavering devotion to Truth.
That alone is worth celebrating.
The mere fact that you are connected to your body enough to be able to sense that something isn't quite right…
In a culture that has not been designed to support that connection to your body, your felt sense… let alone your connection to your POWER..
