Life as ceremony
The idea that life is ceremony is one I resonate deeply with.
I’ve been thinking a lot about pregnancy and birth lately. And postpartum too.
The fact that these times in a woman’s life are rites of passage.
About how women want to be changed by these experiences.
They want this to be ceremonial.
They want to allow these experiences to transform them.
They know that their children will change the world.
They allow their children to change them first.
Every moment is meaningful.
Every pain, every emotion, every challenge, everything is a portal for transformation.
Portals deeper into authenticity.
Needed for morphing into their full expression as mother, as woman.
I know many folks have this view of life, too.
How is this challenge serving me?
How am I being invited deeper into myself through this experience?
How can I empower myself and come out stronger?
Life is full of ups and downs and seasons of ease and seasons of struggle.
Pregnancy and birth and postpartum are too.
We are here to be moved by life.
We are here to learn from the ceremony of life. All parts of it.
If you feel this way, too… we are each other’s people :)
I’d love to help you navigate life in this way. We all need a little (or a lot of) support.
Working with mentors and teachers with a life-is-ceremony perspective has changed my life.
It’s helped me process my past and come out of victimization.
Helped me choose myself and my joy and peace and love over and over again through all of life.
It’s helped me craft a life (and pregnancies, births, and postpartums) I’m truly proud of.
One that feels good, even when it’s challenging.
I want this for everyone.
Tools to utilize every roadblock as opportunity.
Please reach out if you’d like support.
I’m here for you when you’re ready. 🤍
