Deeper Healing And Spiritual Capacity Begins In A Soft + Open Body
Because your body wants to remember a way of being that is wild, innocent, and unarmored.
My work is informed by years of somatic therapy training, trauma-aware care, and my background as a midwife, where I learned to listen deeply to bodies in moments of vulnerability, transition, and power.
My work is also shaped by lived initiations — including motherhood, healing from chronic pain/autoimmune disease, multiple near death experiences, and the conscious ending of a long partnership — experiences that deepened my relationship to surrender, love, embodied spiritual practice, and also expanded my capacity to hold others through extreme change.
Alongside this, I’ve spent much of my life in spiritual practice and initiation, drawn to embodiment, intuition, earth-based wisdom, and the places where healing is incredibly intimate, personal, and sacred rather than clinical.
How I Work
Guided by the intelligence of the body and the rhythms of the nervous system
Slow, relational, and consent-based, with space for softness, wildness, and breath
Spiritual in essence and sensually embodied, without striving or expectation
