This is a journey to access your natural playfulness and aliveness from the inside -> out.
Your womb, ovaries, and low belly are places in your body that hold memory, emotion, energy, creativity, power, playfulness, and deep intuition.
For so many of us, that place has been holding tension, holding too much of other people’s energy, for a long time. The body protects us in this way, by storing lots of build-up in the womb space, ovaries, and pelvic floor. When we don’t have a practice to move that and release, this creates dis-ease and contributes to a stifling of our creative expression, our joy, and our ability to move through life with a sense of childlike wonder.
Even if life feels flat or gray, or you’ve been experiencing disconnection from yourself and your playfulness… just know that your womb and low belly has never stopped “knowing” how to play or move with curiosity, softness, wildness, and aliveness. It’s all still there, just buried under layers.
This mini-retreat is a soft, grounded space to reconnect, clear, open, and listen once again, to the wild and playful wisdom of the seat of our feminine expression.
We will gather in sisterhood for an afternoon of guided womb + inner child healing, gentle clearing practices, womb connection and channeling, witnessing, cacao, tea, and snacks.
This is a space to truly come back home to yourself.
Why Womb Healing & Connection?
The womb space (including the ovaries and the entire low belly) is often where we hold what hasn’t been fully felt or expressed:
Unprocessed emotions and past experiences
Old relational imprints and inherited stories about ourselves or the way the world works
Subtle tension, guarding, or bracing in the body
Suppressed expression of your voice, your natural movement, your Truth
The instinct to stay contained, controlled, or “appropriate”
The parts of you that learned it wasn’t safe to be fully seen in your joy, wildness, or sensitivity
When this space is chronically tight, numb, or in survival mode, it can show up as:
A loss of playfulness, curiosity, or creative spark
Feeling heavy, serious, or effortful in life
Overthinking, over-controlling, or difficulty letting go and trusting
Cycling between pushing, burnout, and collapse
A sense of something being held back from you
Muted sensation in the body, disconnection from the pleasure of your body and life
When this space softens and safety is restored, something wild and playful begins to return:
Playfulness, spontaneity, and curiosity
Lightness and ease in the body and mind
Deeper access to sensation
Creative energy and easeful self-expression
Emotional fluidity (being able to feel without getting stuck in the feeling)
A grounded sense of aliveness, wildness, and inner radiance
The freedom to be fully yourself, open and alive!
Wildness and playfulness emerge naturally when your body feels safe enough to be alive again.
What We’ll Practice Together:
This is a guided and contained experience. During our time together we will explore:
A gentle womb healing + clearing practice
A guided inner journey to reclaim your inner child(ren) who may have been suppressed for a long time
Sisterhood circling and witnessing, so we can all reflect back to you what we see in you now that you have opened to your aliveness again
Integration to bring this state into everyday life
Tea, cacao, snacks, and spacious sisterhood connection!

To birth anything, whether that’s an idea, a business, a boundary, a family, a new season of Self, we need both non-performative expression + softness and receivership.

Surrender - to allow life, intelligence, direction, creativity, and intuition to move through us

Facilitated by Ashley Carver
Ashley is a somatic guide, facilitator, student of classical non-dual tantra, midwife, and mother. Her work blends trauma-informed embodiment, pelvic and nervous system awareness, energy healing, and practical somatic + spiritual tools to help women reconnect to their inner authority.
All practices are consent-based, grounded, and designed to feel safe and contained. Her containers are not about forcing catharsis, but instead about restoring relationship to the body in a way that is steady, empowering, and beneficial to everyday life.
