Come Home To Your Womb.
This is a journey to access your radiance from the inside -> out.
There is a place in your body that holds memory, emotion, energy, creativity, power, and deep intuition.
For so many of us, that place has been holding tension, holding too much of other people’s energy, for a long time. The body protects us in this way, by storing lots of build-up in the womb space, ovaries, and pelvic floor.
This mini-retreat is a soft, grounded space to soften, reconnect, clear, open, and listen once again, to the wisdom of the seat of our feminine power and expression.
We will gather in sisterhood for an afternoon of guided womb healing, gentle clearing practices, womb connection and channeling, tea, and sisterhood.
This is a space to truly come back home to yourself.
Why Womb Connection?
The womb space (including the ovaries and the entire pelvic bowl) is often where we store:
Unprocessed emotion
Old relationship energy dynamics
Over-giving and under-receiving
Creative energy that is stuck or stagnant
Tension from constantly holding it together
When this space is chronically tight, numb, over overworked, it can show up as:
Low libido or difficulty accessing pleasure
Painful intimacy
Cycle volatility or intense PMS
Feeling powerful in work but disconnected in your body
Exhaustion
Difficulty receiving support
When this space softens and releases, and we reconnect to it, we can experience:
Grounded pleasure
Clearer emotional signals
Stronger boundaries
More creative flow
Steadier nervous systems
A quiet sense of inner authority and power
A “glow up” that emerges from within
When we get your life force flowing again, radiance is a natural byproduct.
What We’ll Practice Together:
This is a guided and contained experience. During our time together we will explore:
A gentle womb healing + clearing practice
A guided inner journey to reclaim your womb sovereignty
Channeled writing to receive insight directly from your own womb, ovaries, and pelvic floor
Integration to bring this state into everyday life
Tea, cacao, snacks, and spacious sisterhood connection!
You’ll leave this mini-retreat with…
Greater clarity
A sense of grounded power and direction
A deeper relationship with your body
Personal insights and practices to return to again and again
If you are a facilitator, you’ll be able to utilize these same practices with your clients to help more women in their journeys of embodiment, healing, and activation
Why This Work Matters Now:
We are being asked to birth something new in our lives. New ways of relating, creating, leading, and living.
To birth anything, whether that’s an idea, a business, a boundary, a family, a new season of Self, we need both non-performative strength + softness and receivership.
We need:
Containment - to hold our own energy and power
Discernment - to know what is ours
Surrender - to allow life, intelligence, direction, and intuition to move through us
Womb connection helps us practice all three!
When you tend the soil of your body, what grows from you feels aligned and alive.
This is how radiance returns, too… not by pushing harder and seeking external truths, but by reconnecting more deeply to the source of power, wisdom, and radiance that has always been here, inside us.
