On August 22, womb healer Ashley Carver and herbalist + holistic alchemist Kate Edelstein invite you into an intimate afternoon of womb herbalism, Taoist womb massage + breathwork, ritual, plant communion, and embodied listening.
You’ll choose a mystery plant without knowing what it traditionally represents.
Then we’ll journey inward.
Through breath, womb massage, visualization, and embodied awareness, you’ll enter the garden of your womb and meet the plant ally your womb and inner world is calling you toward as support.
Then, we’ll see what happens when the ancient wisdom held in your womb meets the ancient medicine of the plants.

In BOTANICA, we slow down and are guided to enter the womb as an inner garden. You’ll meet an herb, flower, or plant ally that is growing there and receive the wisdom that emerges through stillness, intention, and listening.

Kate Edelstein is an herbalist, Holistic Alchemist, and founder of SERPRANA, where she weaves herbalism, plant wisdom, sound, and energetic healing into her work. Her relationship with the plants has taken her from traditional herbal study into deeper experiential learning throughout Guatemala, Colombia, and Peru where she has spent time learning from indigenous cultures.
Ashley Carver is a somatic guide, facilitator, student of classical non-dual tantra and taoism, midwife, and mother. Her work blends trauma-informed embodiment, body and nervous system awareness, energy healing, and practical somatic + spiritual tools to help folks reconnect to their inner authority.
