Ashley is a somatic guide, facilitator, student of classical non-dual tantra and taoism, midwife, and mother. Her work blends trauma-informed embodiment, body and nervous system awareness, energy healing, and practical somatic + spiritual tools to help folks reconnect to their inner authority.
All practices are consent-based, grounded, and designed to feel safe and contained. Her containers are not about forcing catharsis, but instead about restoring relationship to the body, power, and Truth in a way that is steady, empowering, and beneficial to everyday life.
