What This Is:

Coming Home After Love is a curated collection of five guided somatic practices designed to support women in the aftermath of love, loss, or emotional rupture.

Each practice is:

  • audio-guided (16-21 minutes)

  • grounded in nervous system regulation

  • emotionally precise

  • deeply resourcing rather than destabilizing

This is not a course you have to keep up with. It’s a living support you can return to again and again, as your system reorganizes.
